Abstract

Training quality human resources is one of the urgent requirements of education and training in the current period of innovation and deep integration. From there, it shows the critical role of lecturers in general and lecturers at universities of technology education belonging to The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs. Developing the university faculty of technology education belonging to The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs is decisive in improving the quality of social human resources and realizing economic development goals - State society. To improve the effectiveness of faculty development work at universities of technology education belonging to The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, it is necessary to identify factors that affect this work. This article analyzes subjective and objective factors affecting the development of lecturers at universities of technology education belonging to The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs today.
